New villain in town?

A small pawnshop in one of the non-gentrified parts of the Riverfront was robbed by a black suited figure wielding some sort of glue gun. He immobilized the guards, and a couple of police, before making off with a load of jewelry and watches. Is this a new player on the supervillain scene?

Badger stops an assault

Last night, the Badger was sighted in Chinatown, where he stopped an assault on alone woman by a gang of thugs. Badger may not be what many think of as a superhero, but he is still around and still seems to have the best martial arts skills in the city.
